We Made It to Spokane!

After 3400 miles, 60 hours of driving, 13 states, 7 road-side picnics and 2 books on tape, we made it to Spokane!

We arrived on Thursday, October 1st at about 3:30 pm and hit the ground running! Matt has had 4 meetings with students, and we’ve been here for about 30 hours!

I will update more soon! Pictures of our road trip are below.

Thank you for your continued support and prayers! We would not be here without you.

Prayer requests:

It’s such a joy knowing that people all across the country are praying for us. Below are a couple prayer requests for our next few days:

  • We are looking for a home to rent. Currently we are staying with Matt’s aunt and uncle in Spokane. (Thank you, Judy and Sam!) We have a house that we like but are waiting to see if we are accepted as the renters.
  • Matt is preaching and leading Sunday school next weekend (Oct. 11). Pray for him as he studies, plans and prepares this week.

Next stop: Colorado to see Matt's family. We looked at the leaves changing, saw family and friends.
